The Sacred Host, the Presence of Jesus Christ in Eucharistic form, is placed visibly in a monstrance upon the altar for adoration. The hour is in silence, leaving those in attendance to pray quietly. The Hour concludes with Benediction, when Father William simply blesses the congregation with the Blessed Sacrament that is inside the Monstrance.
